Effects of sleep deprivation

There can be serious effects to not sleeping well. When a person is sleep deprived it is hard for them to think clearly. Concentration is clearly affected, plus thinking things and arriving at the correct answer will be reached. You might be used to not sleeping well, which make ist hard for you to see if there’s a problem. Another effect is that it might make a person gain weight. How does that happen? “According to a 2004 study, people who sleep less than 6 hours a day were almost 30% were more likely to become obese than those who slept 7 to 9 hours. Recent research as focused on the link between sleep and the peptides that regulate appetite. Ghrelin stimulates hunger and leptin signals,” tells the brain that the stomach that it is full and suppresses appetite.” On top of that“it also stimulates craving for high-fat, high carbohydrate foods.” It would not hurt to keep of when you want to eat those gooey snacks.
